Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Certain products (personal care items, perishable goods, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
