- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available at select locations (extra charges may apply).
Secure Transactions
- All online transactions are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways.
- We do not store your sensitive payment details (like card numbers or CVV codes).
- Payment gateways may use OTP, PIN, or other authentication for added security.
Payment Confirmation
- Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with payment details.
- For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Pricing & Currency
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment Issues
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank/payment provider.

Fraud Prevention
- IndiTrails reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders without prior notice.
- Multiple failed payment attempts may result in temporary blocking of checkout access for security reasons.
